There are similar Laws of Life contests across the nation and internationally, but the Georgia contest is the largest Laws of Life contest in the United States, and the largest essay contest of any kind in North America.
Rotary clubs across Georgia conduct the Laws of Life contest as a character values and ethical literacy outreach program to high school students in the state. The essay contest is simpatico with Rotary’s emphasis on education, values, high ethical standards and service to others, and has quickly become a signature program for Georgia Rotarians.
Georgia Laws of Life Essay Contest
One $100 school winner per school. Three $50 grade level winners, for each school that meets the minimum participation requirements. To participate in the Georgia Laws of Life Essay Contest, a student must attend a high school that is registered with the contest for the current school year. If your school is not registered, you may encourage it to do so by sharing this website with your English teacher. All essays must be submitted through schools. Individual submissions cannot be accepted.
